Biogas plants · engineered by Biofics

Turn organic waste into usable biogas.

Biofics designs anaerobic digestion systems that stabilise organic waste and produce renewable gas for on-site thermal or power applications—together with nutrient-rich digestate.

Where biogas makes sense

Designed around the waste you generate every day.

The correct plant starts with dependable feedstock, a practical gas-use route and an operating model suited to the site.

01 / DAIRY

Dairies & cattle farms

Manure-led digestion with planned collection, mixing and digestate management.

02 / FOOD

Food-processing units

Process residues and biodegradable organics converted into useful on-site energy.

03 / CAMPUS

Hotels & institutions

Segregated kitchen waste treated close to source with gas used in suitable applications.

04 / AGRO

Agro-industries

Feedstock-specific systems for organic residues with seasonal supply planning.

The biological pathway

Five connected stages. One stable process.

BIOGAS LOOPBiology · energy · nutrients
01 / RECEIVE

Secure feedstock

Plan collection, segregation, storage and daily availability.

02 / PREPARE

Condition material

Size, mix and balance the feed for consistent digestion.

03 / DIGEST

Protect biology

Maintain anaerobic conditions where microbes generate biogas.

04 / USE GAS

Deliver local energy

Route conditioned biogas to boilers, burners or power systems.

05 / RECOVER

Manage digestate

Handle the nutrient-rich output according to the project plan.

Biofics biogas plant project
A practical energy system built around daily feedstock.

What the plant delivers

Useful energy. Managed nutrients. Better waste handling.

A complete biogas project connects biology, equipment and operations so the gas and digestate both have a defined use.

Thermal energyConditioned biogas for suitable boilers, burners or cooking applications.
Optional powerElectricity generation where gas volume and project economics support it.
Digestate recoveryNutrient-rich output managed for appropriate agricultural application.
Process controlMixing, monitoring and operating discipline designed into the system.

Built in the real world

Project evidence and practical answers.

A compact view of existing Biofics project work, followed by the decisions that shape a credible biogas proposal.

Which feedstocks can be used?
Projects may use cattle manure, segregated food waste, agro-industrial residues and other biodegradable materials. Suitability depends on composition, contaminants, seasonality and reliable daily availability.
How is plant capacity selected?
Capacity should follow secured feedstock and realistic operating days—not an optimistic headline quantity. Storage, logistics, gas yield and the intended gas use all matter.
Can biogas generate electricity?
Yes, where the available gas, operating profile and commercial case justify a suitable generator. Many projects instead prioritise direct thermal use because it can be simpler and more efficient.
What does Biofics deliver?
Scope can include feasibility, process design, equipment integration, manufacturing, controls, installation coordination, commissioning, training and ongoing technical support, subject to the final contract.
